Don’t miss the latest presentation from the CIU Thespians “The Scarlet Pimpernel” April 17-19 in Hoke Auditorium on the CIU campus.
The show centers around an English aristocrat who disguises himself as a hero called the Scarlet Pimpernel to rescue innocent French aristocrats from being guillotined. His handiwork, however, has attracted the eye of the Revolutionary leaders, and one man will stop at nothing to discover his identity and kill him. Intrigue, romance, and witty humor combine in this masterful family favorite! Although there are moments of suspense and danger, the presentation is still suitable for younger children.
Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door. The show times are:
- Friday, the 17th at 7p.m.
- Saturday, the 18th at 7pm.
- Sunday, the 19th at 3p.m.
