We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented student worker to assist with routine printer maintenance across campus. This role involves replacing toner cartridges, delivering paper supplies to designated locations, and ensuring printers are stocked and operational. It’s a great opportunity for students who enjoy hands-on tasks and want to contribute to the smooth functioning of campus operations.
Replace toner cartridges in campus printers and copiers as needed
Deliver and restock paper supplies in academic and administrative buildings
Monitor printer supply levels and report low inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply storage areas
Log completed tasks and report any printer malfunctions to the IT team
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with faculty and staff
Must be a currently enrolled student at CIU
Ability to lift and carry boxes of paper (up to 30 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of printer functions is a plus (training provided)
Flexible schedule that works around your classes
