Description

The Student Help Desk Worker provides first-level technical support to students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and walk-in requests for technical assistance.
Assist with password resets, account access, and basic system navigation.
Document support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to full-time staff or higher-level support as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
