Houseparent Assistant

Ben Lippen School is seeking responsible and caring Houseparent Assistants to support and supervise international boarding students in a safe, Christ centered environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy mentoring students, building relationships across cultures, and serving in a residential community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during assigned weekday evenings and weekends.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive boarding environment.
• Attend weekend activities and church with students.
• Monitor student well being and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with daily routines, accountability, and student supervision.
• Work closely with Houseparents and boarding staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Christian character and a heart for serving students.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with students from different cultural backgrounds.
