Ben Lippen School Houseparent

The Ben Lippen houseparents will serve as surrogate parents for up to 14 middle/high school boys in an on-campus house. This is a lifestyle position with great opportunities for ministry. Houseparents are expected to provide for the fullest spiritual, intellectual, and social development of boarding students in the care of Ben Lippen School. Houseparents will cooperate with the other houseparents in organizing social activities for boarding students, providing transportation on school vehicles for boarding students for a variety of activities and monitor/assist the boarding students with their academic progress.
