Admissions Officer Assistant

Join the Admissions team as an Admissions Office Assistant. This front facing role is perfect for students who enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective students, families, and campus visitors by answering phones, greeting guests, assisting with office operations, and supporting campus visits and events in a professional environment.

Monday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Approximately 12-13 hours per week.

Pay: $12 per hour.
