Joshua Sargent

Joshua Sargent has earned degrees in strategic leadership, business management, healthcare management, communications, and music. In addition, Joshua holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt and a Lean Black Belt Professional certification. Joshua’s primary occupation has been that of a quality professional in a performance improvement role at Northern Light Acadia Hospital and as a patient safety and risk manager at MaineHealth. In addition, Joshua has held roles as a Christian school teacher and a Director of Worship for local churches. Joshua also owns a small collectables resale business. At CIU, Joshua primarily teaches courses in healthcare administration and serves as the program coordinator for the healthcare administration program at CIU global. Additionally, Joshua serves as a dissertation mentor for students in the PhD in organizational leadership at CIU. Joshua lives in Hampden, Maine with his wife and seven children and enjoys serving as a musician and vocalist with the worship ministry at a local church.
