I earned my BS in Christian Education with a minor in Bible from Toccoa Falls College, and completed my Master of Education in Educational Administration right here at CIU. I’ve recently completed an EdS degree, also from CIU.
I came to faith in Jesus at the young age of 14. I was raised in a broken home that did not attend church, so getting there required some creativity. After visiting for several weeks, it became apparent to me how real and worthy Jesus was. More importantly, I came to understand how deeply he loved me — and just how critical his work on the cross really was.
I’ve been married for 16 years to the girl of my dreams, and we have two sons; Ian (13 years) and Ben (6 years). I am a professional educator, entertainer, and musician. Getting to connect with students and flex creative muscles brings me a lot of joy. It is an honor to get to serve students.
