The upward enrollment trend at Columbia International University and Ben Lippen School continues in record-breaking fashion. Enrollment at CIU and Ben Lippen has increased five straight years.

A total of 2,373 students are enrolled for CIU’s 2021-2022 academic year, the largest enrollment in CIU’s nearly 100-year history. A total of 919 undergraduate students are enrolled and 1,454 graduate/seminary students. This includes residential and online undergraduate and graduate students.

CIU Executive Vice President Dr. Rick Christman calls the growth a blessing.

“There are many factors that contribute to our continued growth, including targeted marketing and development of new programs in essential areas,” Christman said. “If I would attribute it to one thing, though, it would certainly be that we have continued to be blessed by the hand of God.”

Meanwhile, at Ben Lippen, 101 more Pre-K3 to 12th grade students are enrolled this academic year over last year, for a total of 1,030, the most in Ben Lippen’s 81-year history. Ben Lippen is a ministry of CIU.

Headmaster Tony Fajardo says the climb in enrollment over the last five years has come with the intentional investment in what matters most including teachers, programs and facilities.
