Milton V. Uecker

Emeritus Professor of Education

Dr. Uecker is Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the College of Education.  He currently serves as a guest lecturer and Director of the Lowrie Center for Christian School Education.

Dr. Uecker taught courses on educational philosophy, early childhood education, and curriculum. He is a national and international conference speaker, author, and general editor of a series of books published by Wheaton Press. His books deal with a Christ-centered approach to early childhood education within Christian schools and children’s ministry within the church.  Dr. Uecker views God’s Word as the foundation upon for curriculum and as the essential distinctive of a Christian philosophy of education.
