Diploma in Women's Leadership

Diploma in Women's Leadership

The Diploma in Women’s Leadership combines the best in Bible teaching and leadership training to equip women with the knowledge and confidence to impact the world around them. It’s based on the fundamental principle that living an authentic and purposeful life comes first from knowing our identity in God: the one who created us, loves us unconditionally, and who desires to have a relationship with us.

This 12-week program is taught in a personal, non-intimidating way, designed to meet every woman where she is in her walk with God. It is for women who seek:

  • A deeper understanding of the Bible
  • To identify their unique gifts and calling in God
  • To enhance their leadership, teaching and mentoring skills
  • Accredited training from one of the top biblical institutions in the country
  • To grow with a community of ministry friends.

"Research shows that investing in women is one of the most effective ways to positively impact society."
– InvestInGirls.org

The Diploma in Women’s Leadership teaches women the biblically-based leadership skills they need to enhance their work and take their skills to the next level. Under the leadership of Carol Kirkland, the unique teaching platform and delivery of the course content has proven vital in business and non-profit environments as well as in the local community, churches and most importantly home. Courses are held at the new School of Business & Professional Studies at Columbia International University.

  • "Earning a Diploma in Women’s Leadership is an empowering tool for women in leadership within the church, in business and in the home. It is also an integral part in the education of women for generations to come, who desire to lead well. After 32 years in serving various roles in my church and community, and at almost 70 years old, I still believe everyone should stay excited about learning more about God and growing in their leadership lane for His glory. I wish there had been a class like this while I was in college or available to me throughout my various roles in life. Now there is!"
    —Dee Freeland
