The Sophomore Class of Columbia International University celebrated autumn by sponsoring an ol’- fashioned country hoedown. CIU students met at the Pavilion near the CIU Lake to take part in traditional harvest time celebration activities, and a few not-so-traditional activities. There was line dancing, square dancing and the lassoing of a scarecrow. The highlight may have been the mechanical bull. Students dressed in their country bumpkin best and mugged up for photos.
