Ben Lippen SchoolAlong with its higher education division, Columbia International University also maintains Ben Lippen School, an evangelical, college-preparatory Christian school for grades Pre-K to 12. The school’s mission is to glorify God by assisting the family and church in equipping students spiritually, academically and socially under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Ben Lippen School was founded in 1940 by Robert C. McQuilkin, the first president of Columbia International University, and was originally located in Asheville, N.C. The middle and high school welcome day students from the Columbia area and boarding students from around the world.
