Dr. Terry Hulbert, Th.D., teaches Bible in the Seminary and School of Ministry.
He came to CBS in 1972 as Dean, a position he held for sixteen years. He then served CIU as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs from 1988 until 1994.
During the 1990-91 year he also served as Interim President. Following his retirement from administration in 1994, he returned to full time classroom teaching.
During his more than thirty years of Bible teaching at CBS, Dr. Hulbert’s passion has been to involve his students in the lives of the people they meet in the Bible.
For each class session he develops a full range of geographically-based PowerPoint slides to encourage students to “walk in the sandals” of those men and women.
