Columbia International University Professor Dr. Larry Dixon has an answer to Pastor Rob Bell’s controversial book, “Love Wins.”  It’s “Jesus Redeems!”  

“Love Wins” has caused a stir in the evangelical community.  Its author is The Rev. Rob Bell, the founding pastor of Mars Hill, a rapidly growing mega-church located in Grandville, Mich. near Grand Rapids.  Bell addresses one of the most controversial issues of faith — the afterlife — arguing, would a loving God send people to eternal torment forever?      

Dixon’s answer to Bell is flushed out in his new book, “Farewell, Rob Bell – A Biblical Response to Love Wins.”  Dixon shows that Bell is an inconsistent Universalist, that his arguments are neither new nor original, and that the message "Jesus Redeems!" is a far better than "Love Wins."
