Arthur Matthews talks about how powerful and effective prayer is to ministry. He reminds us that we need to ask God to teach us how to pray. He also says that there are two people involved in prayer; the asker, us, and the hearer or answerer, God. There are two words he uses to describe prayer. They are persuasion and penetration. Persuasion is the wrong way and penetration is the right way.
