Available July 2013 - January 2014.  Deposit of one month rent required. Utilities are not included in the rent price. There will be a telephone, electric and water bill each month. Renters will be responsible for watering and mowing the grass. This will not add to the water bill since the system runs off our own well. The house is 11 years old and well kept up. Please, no pets!
