Morgan Jones is the Associate Director of Alumni Ministries at Columbia International University. He serves in a pastoral role for alumni in countries worldwide. He is a graduate of CIU (B.A. ’74, M.Div. ‘93).

Morgan grew up the son of missionary parents who served with Worldteam in the rainforest of Suriname, South America. He brings a wealth of inter-cultural experience into his speaking, training and coaching. He has a background in youth ministry and church planting.

Prior to coming to CIU in 2005, he spent 10 years in the marketplace as a high tech trainer, speech coach and project manager to national companies such as Lucent Technologies, NCR, JC Penney, Regions Bank and Southwest Airlines. As a trainer and presentation coach, Morgan achieves rapid, highly visible results with his encouraging and engaging style. 

As a speaker at churches, retreats and youth events, Morgan paints vivid visual pictures and makes the Bible come alive!

Morgan lives with his wife, Janie, and two children in Columbia, South Carolina.
