Students awarded a leadership scholarship, including the R.C. McQuilkin Scholarship, will have until March 1st to accept the scholarship. To secure and accept the scholarship, the student must submit a $400 deposit ($300 enrollment and $100 housing). This amount will be credited to the student's account.
The student receiving the R.C. McQuilkin Scholarship is not eligible for any other CIU scholarships. Students receiving a Presidential, Dean or Servant Leader Scholarship are eligible for CIU grants up to the cost of tuition and fees. All students receiving the above CIU Leadership Scholarships must apply for all federal, state and outside aid, which will be applied prior to the CIU Leadership Scholarship being applied.
Travel to CIU is at the student's expense. If the student is traveling by air to Columbia, please notify CIU so that a CIU representative can transport the student from the airport to campus.
