CIU sees you as a whole person. We want to help you develop a strong personal relationship with Christ, and learn balance and stability in relationships with others.
We recognize the power of God to help students succeed in an academic environment even if they have previously struggled, and academic history is only one factor in determining acceptance. The applicant's heart, character, and potential are also considered as important factors in the admissions process.
Yes! College Level Examination Program (CLEP) and Advance Placement Program (AP) credits are accepted for certain subjects applicable to our program. If you're transferring from another accredited college, you may receive credit for courses that fit into the CIU program you choose if you earned a grade of C or better. Our transfer evaluator will work with you to chart out your course of study.
