This course is presented in a seminar format where experts and students explore aspects of 21st-Century learning environments. Understanding the 21st-Century learner will be key as students build understanding of innovative curriculum such as project-based and discovery learning, use and critique technology tools such as podcasts and blogs to support learning, and co-construct effective online instruction organized to meet a diverse set of learning goals. Students will use knowledge and skills from this course to design innovative instructional solutions to meet educational goals within their institutional contexts.
