EDU5045-01-SP12 Tchng Reading and Writing to ELLs

This course explores alternative methods and techniques of teaching reading, writing, and grammar to ELLs at various levels. It also examines the principles and processes of ESOL reading and writing as well as pedagogical theories and relevant materials for ELLs. Through practicum teaching, students design their own lesson plans that are contextually applicable at a variety of instructional settings. (This course includes a practicum.)
