89.7 WMHK exists to influence as many people as possible with the life changing reality of Jesus Christ and what better way to do that than to prepare the next generation. 89.7 WMHK wants to help send graduating seniors to Columbia International University by offering a four year $20,000 scholarship and two additional $10,000 scholarships.
We are looking for scholarship applicants who have demonstrated their desire to make Christ known and who desire to use their degree from CIU to make an impact for Him in the workplace. A preferred criterion for the award is the intention to pursue a career in the “marketplace” (business, communications, media, education, psychology, etc.) but consideration will be made of all applications submitted. The winners will be announced April 7th on the air.
